I’m a senior executive with 15+ years of experience in Data, AI, and Business leadership, developed across highly regulated and complex industries such as insurance, government, and international tech companies. I’ve held C-level roles including Chief Data Officer and Business Unit Head, leading data-driven transformations at companies like AXA, Telepass, and IGT, and shaping national data strategies for the Italian government.
Throughout my career, I’ve built and led cross-functional teams, designed scalable cloud-based data architectures (AWS, GCP), launched digital insurance products, and developed AI-powered solutions for pricing, fraud detection, and customer analytics. I’ve managed P&L, driven change management initiatives, and fostered a strong data culture through executive education and partnerships with universities such as Bocconi and LUISS.
